Oil-immersed amorphous transformer cores are made from amorphous alloy ribbons and fully immersed in insulating oil. Their core advantages lie in energy saving and environmental protection: compared to traditional silicon steel transformers, no-load losses can be reduced by approximately 75%, significantly reducing carbon emissions. The oil-immersed design provides excellent insulation and heat dissipation performance, combined with a fully sealed tank structure, making it moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant, very suitable for long-term maintenance-free operation in harsh outdoor environments (such as rural grids and industrial enterprises). Additionally, due to low losses and minimal heat generation, its operational stability is extremely high, making it an ideal choice for green grid construction.
