Application Fields

New Energy Vehicle Drive Motors

Applied in new energy vehicle wheel hubs, drive, start-stop, and range-extended fields. New energy vehicles have high requirements for motor volume, weight, and power density, with motor control frequencies mostly in the 200~1600Hz range. Amorphous materials have iron loss at high frequencies of only 1/8~1/10 of silicon steel, significantly reducing motor temperature rise. Amorphous motors combine advantages of small volume, light weight, high efficiency, high power density, and low noise.
